We want to bring the youth soccer in the Netherlands and abroad to the next level. To make this happen, we collaborate with professional football clubs.
As world's only offline coaching platform, we are focused on creating and developing the best coaching content and curriculums around the world. Our huge database includes over 900 animated exercises and 1000+ age-specific sessions. VTON developed offline apps that interact with each other, creating an engaged community between clubs, trainers, players and parents. VTON is headquartered in Heerenveen, The Netherlands with a close-knit team with more than 15 employees.

Altinordu FK academy
Altinordu FK can create a curriculum that provides a continuous learning process from 5 to 19 years old. Coaches work with annual plans to concrete targets for any age. They coach their players during the season aimed at the Altinordu FK goals and objectives. So the players develop and improve step by step to their potential. Altinordu FK can use the 950 animated VTON exercises to create their own curriculum or create exercises yourselves.

PLAY - APP
In addition to the app for coaches, there is now also an app for the players. They can download this Play app for free. The Play app is not only a way to allow players to play more football at home, but also offers the DOC and the coaches insight into the development of the players, because the coach can keep statistics of all players in the Play app. These statistics help to classify the teams and provide an overview of the development per player per team within the association
VTON
The VTON curriculum helps coaches with ready-made age-specific trainingsessions. More than 1000 sessions have been put together with 950 unique exercises. All sessions en drills have been developed from practice; what support do coaches want when they are on the pitch? We work closely with youth coaches from amateur football and coaches who work at a professional level. The VTON curriculum, which is built up from objectives and contains learning objectives per age, is unique in the world.
The curriculum covers all topics: technique, tactics, physical and mental. The components come back in all training sessions from the youngest age groups. With the youngest players, the emphasis is on basic technical skills. In the higher levels and age groups this shifts to physical and mental development. In our vision of development we have been inspired by the different educational visions and top coaches in the Netherlands and abroad.
